Cancellation & Refund
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sample kits.
Return/Exchange Policy
At Ezeepack, we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we are here to assist you.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where a damaged item or an incorrect product has been delivered.
Time Frame: You must initiate the return/exchange process within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Proof Required: A clear video showing the damaged or incorrect item must be sent to care@ezeepack.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return/Exchange Process:
Video Submission: Submit the video evidence to care@ezeepack.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Approval: Once your return/exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the item.
Replacement: Upon approval, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Note: Returns and exchanges are only applicable under the specified conditions above. We appreciate your understanding.
Refunds/Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement
